Implementation Lifecycle

This document is a brief outline of the lifecycle of a typical technology implementation project. It is organized in phases, which should be pretty self-explanatory. Within each phase are different activities, deliverables, and tools. Deliverables are bolded. Tools are italicized.

Post Project Review Overview

Policy

Post project reviews should be held on all Technology Planning Team projects.

Projects that have previously included peer review of deliverables should skip that step in the post project review.

Currently, time that is used for post project review should be accounted for under the project code, but as unbillable.

Review time will be included in new scopes of work - 4 hrs/major deliverable.
