Organization's Leaders Need to Share Calendars

I'm a new user here, so I apologize if I've posted to the wrong place.

I have a client with two offices in two states. The Executive Director is in one office and the chief Development officer is in another.

Right before I came on board, the two started using Blackberries (in conjunction with Outlook) for their calendars and email. But they found that the real problem for them is that they need to know each others calendars so that they can schedule properly for the organization.

Toolbox

Managing Resources with MS Exchange/Outlook

My organization uses MS Exchange 2003 with Outlook XP for the client. We'd like to expand our usage beyond simple email and personal calendar functions to help us manage our activities better.

I've got 2 challenges to solve:

1. We have meeting rooms, a laptop, projector, etc that we would like to make "reservable" when someone schedules a meeting. Some need to be approved by a facility manager, but others just need to avoid being able to double-book the resource.

Toolbox
