I'm a new user here, so I apologize if I've posted to the wrong place.
I have a client with two offices in two states. The Executive Director is in one office and the chief Development officer is in another.
Right before I came on board, the two started using Blackberries (in conjunction with Outlook) for their calendars and email. But they found that the real problem for them is that they need to know each others calendars so that they can schedule properly for the organization.
Most of the research I did to find a calendar sharing program led to a dead end, except one, Add2Exchange, which looks like exactly what they want. However, since I've never dealt with the program or the vendor, I hesitate to jump in without some independent review.
Has anyone heard of the program?
I appreciate any feedback available.

Re: Organization's Leaders Need to Share Calendars
Here's my solution to this problem. If you don't have an Exchange server already, set up hosted Exchange accounts for the ED and DD. You may or may not choose to utilize Blackberry services offered by the hosting company. This will allow the directors to share calendar and contact information, and does not require the expense and trouble of setting up an Exchange server.
If you do have an exchange server already, then you need to get everyone in the same "Exchange organization."
Hope this helps,
Zac
