3.      How many separate ISP accounts provide connectivity to the network, and what is the total monthly cost for telephone lines and ISP accounts?

4.      Is this ISP providing satisfactory service?  Is adequate technical support available (by phone, by email, on their website)?  Has this support been timely, responsive, helpful and clear?

1.      What is the connection type and speed? T1, ISDN, DSL etc.?

2.      Is a proxy server or firewall in place? If so what type?

3.      Describe problems with this connection, and how/if they have been resolved.

Remote Connections
